To request a quote please supply the following information. Providing this information will speed up the quotation process and provide a solid base for Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF) to quote an accurate price:

• If tooling exists, supply tool description.
• Estimated (as cast) weight, or actual (as cast) weight if casting already exist.
• Sample casting, if any exist.
• Blueprints must be in English, metric or inch are acceptable.
• Will your company allow WAF design changes?
• Alloy specifications.
• Heat treat specifications.
• Estimated annual quantities.
• Release quantities.

Also include any value added operations such as painting, anodizing, machining, etc., that are to be supplied by WAF. (If machining is required, we must have a machining print). Any specifications not shown on the drawing (Engineering specs., painting specs., etc.) must be sent along with the request for quotation. Please see our Facilities List for services offered.

WAF can receive your print(s) via FTP, E-Mail, Fax, UPS,FEDEX or by U.S. Mail.
